A firm favourite of ours for a break from the theme parks there are plenty of opportunities on the Florida Gulf Coast, from stunning beaches like Siesta Key: Voted one of the best beaches in the world, known for its powdery white sand, Clearwater Beach: Perfect for families with its gentle waves and vibrant beachfront promenade or escape to the beauty of Sanibel and Captiva Islands which are both a paradise for shell collector’s paradise with tranquil, unspoiled beaches.
If you are looking for Outdoor Adventures how about Caladesi Island State Park or Lovers Key State Park: A pristine islands offering kayaking, hiking, and bird-watching. In additional to this the Gulf Coast is renowned for its world-class fishing and boating opportunities.
For a more cultutal experience how about St Peytersburg’s Dali Museum, home to an impressive collection of Salvador Dali’s works, Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota featuring European paintings, circus memorabilia, and beautiful gardens or Tampa's Historic Ybor City with its vibrant nightlife, Cuban culture, and historic architecture.

Florida Keys
